I suspect theyll have five stars by the end of the year. This place has a great selection of wood. Ive been building wooden fences and gates for my home.
Whew it sure took a long time and lots of effort to get someone to help me. So many lazy employees here it’s ridiculous. One thing positive is that the Manager was accommodating in providing us assistance and answered all of our questions. I can definitely see why he was chosen for the Managerial position. I wish I could give them 0 but it doesnt show on the rating. I was referred to this place by my contractor.

What a disaster , customer service is at 0 and employees are lazy and make mistakes after mistakes. After spending an hour, by the cashier at service desk, he finally place my orders in the computer. He had at least 5 distractions by phone and other employees. After two weeks, and several phone calls, they delivered the wrong items.
You can find great deals on tiles and flooring. Sometimes it’s because of low inventory so make sure they have enough for your project, and if they do, don’t think twice because it may be gone the next day. I can’t say the staff was super helpful here. Every question I asked got a non-commital answer which wasn’t very helpful when trying to decide on what to purchase. I’m also used to the big chains knowing exactly what aisle to find the most random screw where the crew here had to really think hard about where stuff was. I don’t know what keeps them so low, but whatever it is, I’ll take it!

You see employees walking around talking and not asking customers if they need help. I walked up to a register with two employees going through the register and they ignored my request for help. Then I walked up to a group of five employees chit chatting and asked them for help and they said they would find someone to help me. After about ten minutes I had to go ask someone else for help and they asked a guy who was standing around to help me.
Next day I waited two hours and no show. I called the store at 11.30 to be told that no.one wrote on the delivery chart. So no one knew that items needed to be delivered. After another 30 minutes over the phone I was told the item will be delivered later on that day. After another hour of waiting I got another call that two of the doors, are damaged and they dont have them in the store. Bottom line they werent even sure if I can get them.the same day and might even be on another day.

I had to go back and spent another hour for them to correct their mistake. This is beside the fact that I was overcharged on the delivery charges. Finally a supervisor promised that I will get the items the very next day by 10 am. I made sure she understood that every day of a delay, is costing me money.
I probably would have paid nearly double at the big chains for what I got at this store. The store is quite large and certainly no frills here as they aren’t trying to lure customers with a comfortable and beautifully designed store. The secret here I used to think was that it was cheap but much lower quality than Home Depot.
We special ordered some windows, we got windows that were least then what we expected. The dimentions were wrong, we did not want crossbars, we got them anyway, and when we took it home the sliding pane fell off. We were supposed to get it a week before we actually did. When we did come to pick up the windows the service took forever.
Quite a few times recently I have found items that are better and cheaper than Home Depot or more stylish and cheaper. It does look a bit run down when you get in there and the people are even less helpful than Home Depot if you can believe that. But the deals are definitely worth it and lately Ive even been finding helpful employees.
Alvarez at the desk answered all my questions and he's definitely very knowledgeable with all the products. Dump service , they take 4 ever to provide a good or fast service Merchandise on display but not in stock. Great selections but intimidating if you are not a "DIY" person. If you want a large selection of very general stuff then go here, If you want a particular thing do not. There’s a decent selection of faucets and shower heads. The big box stores have a much larger selection.

Our customers look to us for the products they need to get their jobs done, and count on us to deliver these products where and when they need them. They rely on our knowledgeable sales professionals, dedicated support resources and simple, flexible ordering options to drive their success. I haven’t rented tools from them, but they seem to have everything from saws to Bobcats.
Great place to rent tools and bobcats excavators trailers. Of course with some things it would be great if they had a wider selection but there is a big enough selection of most items and their prices are beyond worth the trip! So much better than Home Depot or Lowes.

I asked for the manager that is never present, I asked for district manager and was given the corporate office phone number. Basically everyone passes the buck and no one takes the responsibility of their action. Horrible service, incompetent and unknowledgable employees and cheap materials on top of everything else. Lowes and Home Depot have better materials and great customer service.
So next time you’re in the market for home remodeling, before you go to Home Depot or Lowe’s, give this place a look-see. Supply warehouse to have an idea of floorings, tubs, doors, cabinets, tools etc., and everything you can think of as building materials to improve your home. I was impressed of their selections and was so indecisive of what to pick. Prices seem slightly less than Home Depot but customer service is very poor.
